“A Good Sandwich Is Like an Old Friend”

This is exactly what we create for our patrons, a/k/a “friends.” Our style of cooking, our sandwiches and our service philosophy create a dining experience that promotes a sense of warmth, comfort and ease…kind of like dining with your family and friends.

We are two brothers, Kosta and Johnny, who share a passion for food and for good company. Our mission is to successfully provide our friends with an All Star experience each and every time they come to visit. Our style of cooking has evolved from Classical, European, Greek, American, Eclectic, Home-style, Fusion (or con-fusion as we like to call it), to fast food, pizza and subs. But it doesn’t end there - our passion for food is so great that we are on a non-stop cooking and creating quest. Family and friends are constantly at the mercy of the fork or spoon we approach them with to taste something new or to taste the better version of the existing recipe. No one ever says “No.”

The draw of giving people an opportunity to, even for a few hours, forget about the strains of everyday life and enjoy each other’s company over cuisine and an atmosphere that fosters warmth, family, friends, comfort and ease is dear to our heart. Dining should be treated as a special event, and we want that event to be memorable.

Sandwiches are things that bring us back to a time in our lives when the world wasn’t weighing heavy on our shoulders, when our responsibilities extended to long division and not getting caught by our parent(s).
